Florida Legal Marketing

Legal Marketing Consultants
Across Florida

Independent marketing strategy, attribution and agency accountability for Florida law firms. Based in St. Petersburg, working statewide.

Every Florida legal market has its own marketing dynamic. Tampa's crowded paid search and Miami's bilingual attribution problems look nothing alike. Naples and St. Petersburg run on referrals. Jacksonville and Pasco are growing faster than their lawyers' marketing. Each market below has its own page on how the work changes there.

What doesn't change is the question we help every firm answer: what does it cost you to sign a new client, channel by channel? We're not an agency. We don't run ads or build websites. We sit above the vendors you already have and make sure they're producing retained clients.

What Makes Florida Legal Marketing Different

The Florida Bar's advertising rules

Florida regulates lawyer advertising more closely than most states, down to how results, testimonials and specialization claims can be presented. Marketing built by generalist agencies often misses it. We review campaigns with those rules in mind. Read the overview.

Tort reform changed the math

HB 837 in 2023 shortened the general negligence filing window and changed comparative fault. Case values and case mix shifted, and marketing budgets built on the old numbers need a second look. How firms are adjusting.

Markets that don't behave alike

Bilingual intake in South Florida, retirees and seasonal residents on the Gulf Coast, fast growth along I-4 and in North Florida. A single statewide playbook wastes money in all of them.

Common Questions

Do you work with law firms outside Tampa Bay?

Yes. Our office is in St. Petersburg and we work in person across Tampa Bay. Firms elsewhere in Florida work with us remotely, with on-site visits when they help.

Why does Florida legal marketing need a Florida specialist?

The Florida Bar's advertising rules are strict and specific, tort reform in 2023 changed the economics of several practice areas, and markets like Miami, Tampa and Naples behave nothing alike. Generic agency playbooks miss all three.

How much does it cost?

Engagements are hourly or on a monthly retainer depending on scope. The first step is a free call.

Not in One of These Cities?

We work with law firms across Florida and nationally on remote engagements. If your market isn't listed, the work is the same: attribution, strategy and agency accountability.
